If you are looking for an estate agent who delivers on many fronts, look no further. Having just sold my house through Ellis & Co, I would highly recommend them for their professionalism from start to finish. Tony and his team offered me an honest and accurate assessment of the value of my property, together with an agreed marketing strategy. They are easy to reach when needed, and keep you informed every step of the way. Unlike so many estate agents, they really do care, offering support and practical advice when needed. They have many years of experience in the local area, which was crucial for me, as I was not familiar with this part of the UK. I tried the rest (believe me) and ended up with the best.

Normally people think Estate Agents are going to rip you off but Ellis&Co are so far beyond the norm. If I were an astrophysicist, I'd say they were out of this world. Every time we even speak to them on the phone, it's a pleasure. Nicos is fantastic and organises estate-agenty-things within the hour. And yes, Shaqs is a bit of a legend. I'd definitely buy a house from these guys, hell - I'd buy my groceries from them if I could - but we love renting because... with a ho ho hey and a hey hey ho, that's why we're with Ellis & Co...yehhhh.

We bought our house through Tony around 12 years ago and had no hesitation is using him again for our sale. We were not disappointed. Tony and his team are so warm and helpful. The ideal people to show someone around your home. Jason in particular kept everything progressing in what turned out to be a difficult sale. We both bought and sold our property via Ellis & Co. Tony and his team, were absolutely amazing from start to finish! They were polite & professional and always friendly - which is lucky being as I spoke to them at least once a day for 7 months! Our sale was complex (unnecessarily, due to other people in the chain) and they worked tirelessly to ensure we didn't lose the property we were buying when the first chain collapsed, finding us a new buyer within 5 days. These were possibly some of the most stressful months of my life but I can't imagine how much more stressful it would have been if I didn't trust Tony & team to act totally in our best interests. If you need to sell your property don't look any further than Ellis & Co.!!

I bought a place through Ellis & Co Bounds Green and they were amazing. Tony, Shaq, Jason and Nic were calm and supportive throughout the entire process, updating me with information and respectfully dealing with queries and inevitable complications in the property buying process. (NB I was not even their client!) They worked harder than others involved in the chain by a mile, and kept appropriate track of various solicitors’ activities. My friend and I decided to rent our first property and the team at Ellis and Co Bounds Green could not have been more helpful- especially Nicos, Shaq and Jason. From being really flexible with viewings and sorting out the start of the tenancy, the team were really attentive to what we needed and made the whole process run smoothly and easily. The property is managed and Nicos has been brilliant! Any issues we have had have been dealt with immediately (even when we have said it is nothing urgent and we are happy to wait). They have kept us updated on everything and have been really friendly and reliable. We couldn't recommend them more!

I rarely write reviews on Google but I had such an amazing experience with these guys that I thought I should leave them a review. We rented a place through these guys. Everything was done quickly and professionally. Nicos was very helpful and managed to negotiate with the landlord to reduce the rent for us. A few weeks after we moved in, we had a problem with hot water, and so we called Ellis & Co. They sent us a repairman for the same day! Something you won't see with other Estate Agents. Overall, we had a great experience with them and I highly recommend them.

Overall I have had a great experience in dealing with the team in Ellis and Co. at Bounds Green. Tony, Ravi & Matthew were a pleasure to deal with in the sale of our property in the summer of 2015 and have a great understanding of the market in the area. They were always calm and kept me updated in the final exchange process at all times. They managed both mine and the buyers solicitor very well and we had a very quick and smooth exchange & completion as a direct result. We also had our property rented out for a period of time prior to sale which after a year of self management we handed over to Michael and his team at Ellis to manage the rental on our behalf. They again provided an excellent service and were always on top of everything for us. It was far easier to have his team look after it for us than for me to try and manage it from afar and I would recommend the service to any potential landlord in the area.

Straightforward, friendly and knowledgable estate agents

Buying our home through Ellis & Co was a really positive experience. Jason was so friendly and supportive, giving us great advice and keeping us updated throughout the process. He kept an eye on progress with the solicitors each week, and kept everything moving. With their help we were able to complete in 8 weeks with a short chain! I would definitely use Ellis & Co again and would recommend from the point of view of the buyer.
