GoogleWe have just purchased a Bungalow though Sharman and Burgess, although it was not straightforward they were brilliant and keep us informed at all times. We are also in the process of selling our Mothers Bungalow. they are being very good again. Would highly recommend them to anyone. Well done to you all.

Facebookworse estate agents ever used absolute crooks , we made a offer on a house that got accepted, and was told sold to us STC, 4 weeks later a mysterious buyer made a higher offer apparently , estate agents tried to blackmailing us, caused us many problems , funny how this property was back featured on rightmove the next day , will be looking into this further
Firstly, we are, once again, very sorry for having had to advise you of another offer having been made for the property you had agreed to purchase. As we pointed out, this came from people who had previously viewed the property and whom had been informed that a sale had been agreed, subject to contract. Nevertheless, they were insistent upon submitting an offer and as agents, we are duty bound, under The Estate Agents Act, to pass on any and all offers to our clients. Please understand that it is not our decision, but our client's decision whether or not to accept another offer. We are merely carrying out our client's instructions and can assure you that we are not in the habit of creating a bidding war where there is already a perfectly good sale agreed. We completely understand your disappointment and are sorry that such a situation arose. We sincerely hope that upon reflection, you might understand our difficult position in such circumstances. Please be assured that we are not what you might think and always strive to do our best in an ethical and professional manner. Chris W and Andrew have been very professional, helpful and supportive throughout the whole process from beginning to end, going above and beyond to ensure that everything goes through smoothly.
