GoogleWe dealt with Sharman & Burgess for the sale of my fathers property. A lot of the transaction took place remotely as we live in Somerset. We found all the staff to be supportive and ready to assist in any way they could. In to days climate the are also prompt to answer the phone which for many firms is not the case. Where we we not able to get to Fosdyke they visited the house and carried out the necessary checks. The liaison with the clients buying the property was also carried out in a fair and constructive manner. It is very difficult selling a property when to be present involves 400 mile trip and over night stay. The service we received was exemplary and we would highly recommend them to anyone wanting a Estate Agent with a pride in a job well done.

GoogleAbsolute crooks, we offered full asking price on a property (which got accepted) we were excited about moving, 4 weeks later the estate agent called to say another offer had been put forward although the property was advertised as sold subject to contract , we refused to be blackmail to make another offer to start a bidding war , the next day the property was being featured on right move , therefore this seems to be a trick these crooksuse to blackmail buyers to making higher offers, u are a disgrace and morally wrong , I will be looking into this further !!!
