GoogleAll of the staff at sharman burgess have been so helpful .we had sold our house and in process of buying our new one just as covid-19 caused mayhem. The wonderful team at sharman burgess kept us well imformed and helped keep things progressing even with lockdown and all of the new rules that came with it . GoogleThank you to Sharman Burgess for the prompt and efficient communication. Andrew promised to call me as soon as he heard that our contracts were exchanged and low and behold he called me just before my solicitor did! Communication has been absolutely top notch. and they have been more than happy to communicate with the vendors on our behalf when I wasn't entirely sure that things were progressing as they should. Chris and Andrew have been phoning me during this house buying malarkey that myself and my partner are incredibly new to. They have been so reassuring and very helpful and ready to answer any questions that i have thrown at them. May i also say that as of yet i haven't needed to even visit the office as the whole process has been done through telephone and e-mail. They were also able to advise of an independent mortgage adviser who has managed to secure us a mortgage when other advisers weren't so keen to help or just couldn't be bothered. Overall I am extremely satisfied with the service that I have received from Sharman Burgess and I would be more than happy to recommend to anyone who is looking to purchase a house. They are organised, efficient and absolutely brilliant. I cannot praise them enough.

GoogleI have recently sold a property due to a bereavement and decided to go with Sharman Burgess as they were very friendly and understanding of my situation. I initially liaised with Craig and Christian who were very lovely and professional which was why I chose this estate agents over the 2 other agents I also spoke to. The property was listed and offer accepted within a few days of listing. It has taken a few months to complete and exchange due to the legal process and my situation and Andrew from Sharman Burgess kept me updated and chased the solicitors throughout, I am sure the process would have gone on a lot longer without Sharman Burgess’ help. I was very impressed with their customer service which is extremely important to me. I would definitely use Sharman Burgess in the future and recommend them very highly to others.
