GoogleThe whole team at Sharman Burgess have been so professional and helpful during the sale of my father's property. As a probate sale and us all living so far from Boston, their assistance has been much appreciated.
Thank you Wendy. It's really lovely to know that our efforts have been appreciated. Thank you again.

GoogleAfter the initial meetings with three local agents I decided to use Sharman Burgess to sell a 3 bed house in Swineshead. The marketing, sales process, and accompanied viewings were all conducted professionally to the end result, a sale, over the asking price. The contact from Sharman Burgess was very good all throughout the process to the exchange and completion of the sale, which happened just before Christmas. I would recommend and use again.

GoogleWe sold a house in Swineshead through Sharman Burgess recently and were delighted with the service received, the most pro active Agents around the area. The 'SOLD' boards everywhere speak for themselves. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and use again. Thank you to all at Sharman Burgess!PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleI have just bought a house through Sharman Burgess, our contact throughout has been Michelle, who I found to be well informed, professional, with excellent communication skills. When I wanted to know what the current situation was, Michelle either knew or took the time to find out. She also contacted me with information, without being prompted. It was a difficult transaction with 5 people in the chain, without doubt Sharman Burgess out performed everyone else.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleWe’ve used this Estate Agent to both buy and sell property. They are most professional in all their dealings, very helpful and informative. Our latest selling project would have been a nightmare without the care and attention given by Andrew Pears.

GoogleVery thorough thoughtful and pleasant. A pleasure to do business with would recommend them as a good Estate Agents to sell your property through.

GoogleHelpful and professional, they dealt with my purchase and very informative and tenacious with dealing with the solicitors for both parties. A service that goes beyond a normal standard, cannot praise Andrew in boston branch enough! Would recommend them for a high value service but competitive price budget - don't accept 2nd accept the best
We all hope you are settling in to your new home and would really like to thank you for the great comments and feedback. It's nice to know we are doing a great job! All the best.

GoogleAndrew at Sharman and Burgess worked on behalf of our vendors yet he was more helpful and knowledgeable about the chain and process than our own estate agents. The only reason I cannot state it was good value was that we were not paying him! I wish we had been!
What genuinely lovely feedback. Thank yo so much. We always work hard but it is great to hear that it is appreciated. Best wishes.

GoogleThis was the second time I used this company - once to buy a property and once to sell one. I found this company efficient, polite and friendly taking the stress out of such times. I was kept informed at all times and if I needed to ask about something there was always a named person I could contact who was up to date with what was happening. Absolutely excellent.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleRecently bought a house through Sharman Burgess, mainly dealing with Andrew, and couldn't be happier. We were moving into the area from another county so had very little local knowledge. Andrew and several other staff members were always willing to answer questions and passed on good advice. Perhaps the most telling, yet small thing that happened on several occasions was that I asked questions that couldn't be answered straight away or someone was out of office and I was offered a call back. On every occasion I received a call. It's amazing how such a small thing can give such a good impression of a company so I have no hesitation in giving 5 stars and a personal recommendation.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleSharman Burgess proved themselves to be an excellent Estate Agent whilst looking after the sale of my Father's property. Being over 200 miles away and with my Father limited with his movement, they planned out the sale and followed up with the buyer and the seller's solicitors to stay on top of the job, every minute. Nothing was too much trouble and a special mention should be given to Scott, who without his dedication to his role, we would never have completed so swiftly, smoothly or successfully. Thank you to everyone involved.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleStand out service received from the team at Sharman Burgess. From first viewing to completion they have been exceptional. Andrew even going as far as delivering the house keys to us on the day of completion when he was on holiday! We have moved several times over the last 3 decades and have never experienced service from an estate agent like this and we were the buyers so not even paying for this privilege. If anyone is considering using this company, do so with confidence, they are the best.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
