GoogleWhat Can I say? I got a service 2nd to none form first contact to get my Keys. I have to praise specially Sam and Holly that followed to whole process and they were there every single time that I needed them. Always promptly actioning any tasks or requirements needed. GoogleWe have just completed the purchase of our Dream home with the help of Joe and the amazing team at Pygott and Crone Boston. They were so helpful as we are first time buyers and needed a bit of hand holding. They answered all the questions we had and kept us updated all through the process. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to move house.

GoogleWe had previously tried two other estate agents to sell our deceased mum’s property and had very few viewings and were not impressed with their lack of contact with us. However from the first meeting with Davis we were very impressed with the service from Pygott & Crone. We had viewings booked from the very first week and he was in regular contact with us to keep us informed about the current market. Once we accepted an offer they remained In regular contact throughout the sale process. We cannot fault the whole team and would definately recommend them to family & friends in the future.

GoogleWe had a property to sell owing to a family bereavement, complicated by the fact that we live a 2 hour drive away . P and C gave us good market advice , handled all the viewings and the property was sold subject to contract in 3 weeks . We appointed their recommended solicitors to carry out the conveyancing . This turned out to be pivotal when we had some complications further down the chain . Sam , at P and C worked closely with the solicitors to ensure things continued to progress. She was a star ! Their communication was excellent , all phone calls were answered quickly with the relevant information. The staff in the office were very helpful and friendly. We would highly recommend them as estate agents .

I wasn't going to write a review but seeing as how they asked me to here goes: I am writing as a seller so this applies to their estate agency business which is separate from their letting business. I have moved a few times this has been the most stressful move of the lot, partly down to P&C and partly down to Stonebow Law, the conveyancers they pushed us towards - probably because they get a pretty big kick back via their legal arm - Pygott and Crone Legal services. Despite paying them over 6 grand they did not attend one single viewing, they only arranged 3. We negotiated with our buyer and got 5k more than P&C had suggested, it was no thanks to them. They charge extra for the media pack - another 300 quid, the guys that did that were exceptional but having paid P&C over 6 grand for virtually nothing you would expect that to be included. A couple of times simple enquiries turned in to shouting matches, it was very unprofessional at times. the only time there was any sense of urgency is when they sent us the final bill within about 5 minutes of exchange of contracts. Another thing that really wound me up was when they found out after the fact that our buyers had visited the property after their initial visit. P&C phoned to ask when it was so they could retrospectively put it in the diary. I got more angry about that than perhaps I should but it was clearly so that in the event of a dispute they could claim that they had done more than they actually had. So at the end of the day they got paid over 6 grand for what totalled no more than a few hours work, we did everything. A truly horrible experience that has left a very bitter taste in the mouth. Things took far too long, I felt every time I contacted them they considered me to be a nuisance. Yes, I am very demanding when I have to work so long to pay them to do so little but I just expect to be treated like a customer - I never really felt that.

GoogleEveryone I met and spoke to at Pygott and Crone was extremely helpful and friendly, also very patient. At the beginning I had various questions and worries, mainly about the legal paperwork, infinitely more complicated since my last move. They explained everything clearly despite it not really being part of their remit. Also at the end when the solicitors needed a real push. I would definitely use them again. ( Although all the legal paperwork has made me vow never to move again.) Not so for Stonebow. I have to say that, in my opinion, Stonebow was pretty useless. Very poor with their communications and on several occasions my responses to direct questions were obviously unread. The Tracker thing was also a waste of time.

We have been looking for a property for a quite long time, and we have to admit that the service, we received from this real estate agent was absolutely outstanding and highly professional. The team tirelessly kept offering us properties and arranging countless viewings. Although we ended up completing the purchase through another real estate agent, the 5-star review goes specifically to Pygott & Crone. Special shout out to Joe for his patience and competence level🤝. First class, highly recommend 👍

GoogleWe were thoroughly impressed with Pygott & Crone. Holly and Sam have been helpful, patient and professional throughout the whole process. If we ever had to sell again we would definitely approach Pygott & Crone (although this is unlikely as we have found our forever home!).

The communication from this agency is absolutely shocking. Expect to wait at least 24, 48 hours for a reply to even the simplest of queries, which makes the whole process unnecessarily stressful. On top of this, I was told I would have to keep broken furniture in the property, which says a lot about how little care they put into the homes they manage. Overall, very poor experience, slow communication, rude service, no empathy, and no willingness to support applicants. I would strongly recommend avoiding them

Google100% great experience with Davis Gurton and Joe Mckue when they came to value my house, both really friendly and professional, didn't feel pressured into making any decisions there and then, and kindly said for me to take my time and let them know when i’m ready to move forward to putting my house on the market. Will definitely be coming back to these guys when the time comes, highly recommend Pygott and Crone thanks to both Davis and Joe, no pressure from them at all which is a massive bonus, will be in touch soon guys!

GoogleWe had our house on the market for nearly a year with another agent, switched to Pygotts, x2 viewings within the first couple of weeks and x2 offers. One of which was the asking price! I truly believe this is down to the efforts of Pygotts from the way they advertise, to their professionalism, to the customer services they offer etc. Will never use anyone for any future house sales!

Cannot recommend this company enough. They sold our property within 10 days of it being on the market, fantastic promotions and incredible photographs. From the start of the journey meeting Aiden who took a real interest in our journey and respected the fact that we were selling our long time home, through to liaising with Fiona and Lauren who are full of information and most of all support. Jonathan guided us through some stressful moments But he was always very reassuring and very supportive. The thought of selling our home was a nervous one, but if we had to do it again in the future, I would not hesitate to use this company again. Thank you so much to all of those involved.
