DO NOT go with the solicitors Stone bow that they are associated with. Absolutely awful experience. I got an offer on my house 29th November 2025 and it didn't sell till 3rd June 2026. Problem after problem on everything that happened. None of the connections they had seemed to help and nothing was done quickly. I received too many updates from Pygott and Crone about feedback on viewings I didn't care about and then heard nothing unless if I called them first after the offer. I've never been so stressed in my life.

Since the very beginning of our interest in a property, Joe was informative, supportive and helpful with every aspect of our journey and we felt we were in safe hands. Unfortunately, we ended up making the decision to no longer go ahead with the purchase but this did not stop Joe’s fantastic communication and support towards us. If we could give more than 5* we would! Fabulous service, especially from Jonathan who went above and beyond to enable our sale to go through as smoothly as possible. After a three year sales 'process' all I can really say is that Sam Bettinson, Sales Progressor is a shining light in a sea of mediocrity. She is diligent, pro-active and a great communicator. It is a surprise she has not been snapped up by a more professional agent. The agency gets 1 star but Sam gets a five star review.

BOSTON BRANCH . One star as that's all they will drop to it should be -stars . Unprofessional isn't a strong enough word . Was called a lier over the phone ,was shouted at over the phone you will never sell the property and im the seller . They also undervalued the property by £100k. Saying its not worth any more than that the price given to us. I hope you spent the commission that you didn't get with me then withdrawing the sale after your treatment . WOULD NOT RECOMENT TO MY ENEMIES. Have since been informed a of another place was valued at £150 k by these so called estate agents the true vale £450k. Dont get sacked in by them . You withdraw you still pay £300 for pictures and sticking it on the Internet.
