GoogleNever rented with them but luckily never. When going to Skegness all the way from Coventry to veiw a house he was little to no interested in us just basically was trying to rush us out! Hated when I asked questions π€· wouldn't recommend this company to anyone if your travelling from a long distance β¦

GoogleIt is an agency that does its best not to return your deposit, adds to the description a bunch of damage that does not correspond to the tenant, such as mold or some marks on the wall, that the roof was damaged and water ran into the attic. I lived in the house for 3 years, logically there will be some marks on the walls. We were disappointed.

GoogleAvoid!! Been in a rented house for 2 years and have had none stop issues. The communication is shocking and they'll make an appointment and never show up, then show up randomly on another day!! The contractors are just as bad. We moved into a dirty house that wasn't clean. Not worth the hassle

GoogleShowed me a flat near their offices....dead rat's on ground, place was a mess. How they have the gaul to even advertise a property like that is beyond me... Obviously, I politely told the agent I wasn't interested......wonder why?!!!!.
