GoogleVery dissatisfied with the work of this agency. The sockets did not work at the entrance to the house, the repair was done very poorly and there were stains of paint on the walls, window mechanisms were also inoperative, some windows were cracked. The agency promised me to quickly solve these problems, but the repair work was completed only after two years of my stay in this house. I had to do half the work myself. Also, upon entering the house, it turned out that the house had debts on bills, which I also paid on my own, and the agency did not return anything to me. Several times the agency warned me about a planned visit, I took a day off at my own expense at work, but no one came. When I left home, the agency refused to return my deposit, citing the destruction in the house that was there before I moved to this house. I am very upset by my experience with this agency and I do not recommend anyone renting a property through this agency.

GooglePaid first 2 months rent and deposit for property down fenside road and it was through your company and it was sold within a week I was told the for sale sign was nothing to worry about it was newly bought and hadn't been changed I had receipts of the money I paid but was told it civil matter I never moved in as I was living elsewhere while it was waiting to have work done and get a key for it

GoogleDisaster starts when you move out. They do whatever they can to steal your deposit. When we moved out we cleaned the property better than how it was when we moved in. Shockingly they said it wasn't clean enough and charged us for that. They never could show documentation, not photos or invoice from a cleaning company that shows they have used one penny for the cleaning after us. Also I paid full price of a cooker (I confess that some MINOR damages was my fault). First they wanted to charge me double price of a new cooker. When I found the price of the same model on the internet, they accepted it with the condition that I get the old cooker in return or they show me the receipt that shows they have really replaced it. They took the money and now after 4 months I still havn't heard from them. I have lived in renting house whole my life, moved at least 5 times in the past 10 years (due to work and education). Never had to pay for unsatisfactory cleaning. Be super careful about your deposit !!! Or even better, don't rent from these guys.

GoogleWARNING to potential tenants looking for properties do not touch "let us let you" with a barge pole. Do not do business with this company .They unlawfully obtain money through deceit. They will tell you that you get all your application fee back you won't! They charge you £100 to do checks whether you get house or not they might put 5 or 6 people up for the same house to get money out them all (NO OTHER AGENCIES WILL DO THIS) I've rented out 4 properties my mum has used 2 others to rent out her's. Completely unethical. Then they don't even fill out the credit checks correctly, and put wrong address in so comes back with wrong information anyway, then after you've unknowingly paid for all these checks filled out incorrectly. They tell you the house wouldn't allow children after they've effectively robbed your money! And wasn't anything in advert. When you ring to complain you're called a liar and a money grabber for wanting a refund!!! Shocking diabolical company preying on people who are vulnerable.

GoogleShocking behaviour from these 'people', don't rent, don't buy,don't do anything if you value your privacy, safety, and dignity! Throughout our tenancy we were subject to inspections without the legally required 24 hours notice, and on multiple occasions evidence was found of illegal entry without permission. They denied a mold problem which, based on recent evidence, we believe was just covered up as is happening now. Today when we went to finalise our clean up and remove our last items we were confronted by an abusive workman doing shoddy work, which was illegal since there had been no notice or permission given! Furthermore our Hoover which had been temporarily left at the property had been used to Hoover up water when we went to retrieve it, this was against without permission. Finally while we get our mailing addresses change some mail was still going to the property, instead of moving this out of consideration the workmen, when entering illegally, just trampled and tore it with wet muddy boots leaving some of it unreadable! The only reason I've even given them one star is because I have to so that I could write this review, far from getting further business, they should be shut down and all property assets be transferred to a more reputable letting agency!
