Worst agent in the UK

I've been given a property with unfinished work in the kitchen and bathroom as a rental. This was not mentioned in the agreement. We have allowed the agency 10 days to resolve the unfinished work. They have not. There has been no communication from them. We had to decide to end the tenancy for fraudulent agreement. Now they are disputing the return of the deposit. Worst agent in the UK in my opinion. Avoid them at all cost. This is regarding 30 Freiston Terrace haven village PE21 8GA

I have bad experience too with this agency! Renting flat almost 3 years! In starting there be trouble to open windows ask to fix but nothing be done! At least 6 months I reported about rats in ceilings and walls do nothing until one day rats get in report and send pictures with rat still don’t do nothing! When moving out don’t get deposit back! There don’t call or text until I call myself asking about deposit! My advice be careful with that agency!

Let us let u agency is a careless, terrible, wicked and irresponsible letting agency based in Boston, Lincolnshire. Their customer service agents are worse than touts on the streets. They lack simple telephone etiquette and lie alot. Very unprofessional and unconcerned about issues raised by tenants. There is a particular lady manager currently working there named JUVILE. She literally told me to go to hell and reigned abuses on me when I came there physically to lodge a complaint about my gas problems at home. The logistics for the fixing of the problems was not well handled internally by the agency and she said the fault was mine and even proceeded to interrupt me repeatedly and raise her voice at me. Avoid this agency at all cost if you want your peace of mind and sanity.

This letting agent has demonstrated a shocking and pertinent lack of knowledge of the legislation relevant to their business. They tried to advise their tenant that they were not able to end a periodic joint tenancy, without all parties giving notice - which is nonsense. The rudeness and misinformation experienced by the tenant was appalling. I would advise anyone seeking a home to go elsewhere and to always take independent advice, as you may find that the law is on your side.

The only way dean likes to do business is to bullying women. We was emailed twice within a 6 month tenancy saying our rent was late when infact it was a day early. We signed up for a 6 month tenancy which then was meant to go onto a rolling monthly contract as stated on our paperwork, regardless of this Dean still demanded if we wanted to continue renting sunnyside cottage we needed to sign another 6 or 12 month tenancy. Upon moving in the electric was in debt and left with no oil heating whereas we was told we had to leave some when leaving. Due to covid we was without heating for the first 2 weeks with 4 young children. The house was dirty upon renting but yet we lost some of our deposit from let us let u and the landlord claiming we left it dirty. So much potential of the property, we painted several rooms and even replaced 2 carpets but with how we was treat from the agency we decided as much as we loved the house it was more hassle then worth! We didnt fight the lack of deposit we got back due to the stress that we got from the agency was more than enough and wanted to walk away and just let others know what the agency are like. Review is worth more than money. We will wait for a reply from dean on our review as it seems to be let us let u cannot take critism.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

must be the worst agents in Boston ! Avoid at all costs !!!!! Liars and Cheats, they told bare faced liars and could not admit their poor management. Property was never inspected and ended up having Boston Council on my back, for let us let u just to walk away after allowing it to be sublet, and to top it off i wasn't recieving rent which they didn't even know about, then £2000 bill to put the house right. Please read this and be warned !!!!

Went in for information about a property and to see what was available for us, woman was unprofessional and dismissive towards me saying ‘you haven’t got your priorities sorted’ and pretty much saying you got no chance of getting a property, and we were a risky tenant discriminating my wife because of her pregnancy and the fact she was on maternity and her situation is unclear, stating anything can happen when you have a child, you don’t even know if you would want to go back to work or not. When informing the lady that we also have a guarantor to secure our position, it’s was dismissed, and usually my wife’s income alone is above the income threshold when she returns to work. Would never recommend this estate agency one bit.

The worst agency I'm living in hell... I have small baby and they lie us it's perfect and safe place for our baby. In our garden we have two doors for go in and out for our neighbor but the agancy hide that information. Instead to be heard and give us our money back.... we been living in hell. No one cares about humans right or tenants right either. They say on contract to feel safe in your property how to feel safe if your neighbors keep coming and going or your agancy hide information about the house on first place and letter denaint it. PS:People if you ever go to view properties with them one advance make some video or voice record believe me you will need it in the end of the day!!!!!
