GoogleI have just bought a flat through Josh Dawson from this branch who provided an exceptional service throughout the buying process. He maintained regular contact with me from start to finish, was always on hand to deal with my queries and was unbelievably proactive in chasing up solicitors on both sides. Without his intervention my sale would never have completed before the stamp duty deadline and for that I am very grateful. I cannot recommend his services highly enough and encourage anyone considering buying or selling to use this KFH branch who clearly set very high standards in their staff. GoogleI cannot praise Lewis Hamilton-York, the KFH lettings negotiator handling our search for a flat, enough. During the viewing process Lewis quickly gained a grasp of the type of property which may be right for us and subsequently went above and beyond ensure these needs were met. After deciding on a property, Lewis not only set out make the proceeding paperwork as painless and efficient as possible (we're new renters and he made our lives much easier than they could have been had he not been so patient and helpful), but also secured a substantial reduction in our monthly rent. Since moving in Lewis has continued to be attentive and responsive. Any and all concerns have been promptly handled free of hassle. Lewis' care contributed substantially towards our choice to accept a flat with KFH and is the reason I am happy to recommend KFH to other prospective tenants.

GoogleI have felt well looked after by all the staff at this office. At first I let my flat through KFH and Ben Ryaner, lettings manager really helped me when I had some problems with the tenants. Joshua Dawson in sales has been extremely attentive and along with the rest of the staff called me on a regular basis even from before the flat had an offer made on it. All staff have made me feel I can trust them and that they are taking care of me! They have definitely set the bar high and am more than happy to recommend them to anyone.
