Karen from KFH London Bridge couldn’t have been more helpful over the course of our property hunt. Having missed out on an ideal place she managed to find me and my flatmate an even better flat in the same price range and location for us. From here her and the team at KFH were outstanding; quickly and efficiently putting in our offer and helping smooth any bumps in the road. Once accepted, the referencing and more bureaucratic parts of the process were dealt with promptly as well. The staff at KF&H London Bridge are a great combination of friendly, professional and helpful. Interactions of any kind are experienced through relationships, selling your home and buying a new one is one of the most demanding and stressful interactions you're likely to undertake. The staff at this office through their relationship with you as their client make the whole thing less daunting, they make themselves available to you, talk you through anything you have concerns about, help in ways you hadn't expected (like getting their other office to canvass in the area where you'd like to live), they keep you updated, provide detailed feedback from viewers and make valuable suggestions along the way. KFH was very efficient in showing me the flat that I ended up letting, even though I was at the time based in the U.S. and did not have a UK mobile. They were quick to respond to emails and coordinate with the property management company. The letting agent Luke Mariosa, in particular, was very helpful and timely in getting back to me. He also followed up several times with the management company when I hadn't heard back. I would highly recommend KFH to others looking to rent a flat in London.
