GoogleI bought a flat thought kfh using Franck Rouget. He was veryhelpful, constantly keeping me informed as to what is going on during the conveyancing process. Most importantly he was able to think out side the box and convince the vendors to exchasnge and complete and rent the property off me before my mortgage offer expired, preventing the deal from falling through. Would certainly use him again

GoogleHelen is very responsive and diligent. My flats have always been let with little or no voids, and with no difficulties. The online document signing system is excellent. Helen goes the extra mile, as witnessed recently by her hand-holding me through the tortuous process of obtaining licences from Southwark Council.

GoogleThis estate agent was magnificent. I walked in, told them what I was looking for. They said they had something and when was I free to visit. Well, the next day I walked into my dream house. They had listened to my wishes and made them come true. The whole purchase procedure has been stress free because of their efficiency in following up emails with real phone calls,. So wonderful they have such marvellous people skills! Thank you guys ! Much appreciated. Moving in date only 2 weeks away !!

GoogleKFH London Bridge have really been incredible. I have rented out a property in SE1 for 8 years, and have now sold the property with them. KFH found me renters at high rental prices within weeks (they stayed the whole 8 years with no problems), and buyers ready to purchase at an excellent price within days. The team at KFH have always been available, kind, courteous, efficient, and very reasonably priced. Staff seem to stay a long time so you have an opportunity to build up a proper relationship with the team there, and they really work well together as one, not just in rentals and sales but also between the two departments. I can't recommend them highly enough.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
