GoogleExcellent service from start to finish. An initial e mail enquiry followed by a swift response from Alligator at Bolton. Everything including facts & figures expalined over the phone, followd up by an invite to visit and pick our storage area size/ Returned on the day we wanted to take up the storage and it was a simply sorted there and then. Value for money and excellent service, well worth it for out house move!

GoogleThe lifts are always out of order, never working. For past 2 months at least anyway. Not convenient for when you have Floors. Youd expect for a place like Safestore to have resolved this by now.

We do apologise for the inconvenience that the lifts being out of action has caused you, please be assured that Safestore are looking to have this resolved as soon as possible with our contractors but has taken longer than we anticipated so we do understand your frustration. We do have porters on site to take items from each floor to the loading bay area and vice versa so please don't hesitate to utilise this service in the meantime. GoogleJason from Alligator responded very quickly to my initial e mail query. I must admit I felt much more comfortable dealing with a local company than the London based call centre which other storage company's seem to use. The quote was competitive, and the sign up process was quick and trouble free with everything clearly explained.We were able to look at different sized units to decide what best suited our needs. Security looks excellent.

GoogleI am very happy with the entire team of Alligator Storage in Bolton. They are super friendly and helpful. I will use them again when needed. Other companies should take a lesson in 'customer service' from them.

GoogleThe service from the Bolton centre was fantastic. A very easy process which was explained very well by Karishma whose customer service was exemplary. I made a quick email enquiry the night before after being quoted a higher price elsewhere and received a phone call first thing the next day. A very good service and one I shall be recommending to friends.
