GoogleExcellent service… if your goal is to waste people’s time. I closed my business early and travelled to attend a scheduled property viewing, only to find that nobody turned up. No phone call, no message, no apology. It’s impressive how little respect some companies have for other people’s time. If this is how they treat potential customers, I’d hate to imagine what the service is like after you’ve signed anything. I definitely wouldn’t recommend them.

We have looked into this appointment and can confirm that our viewing representative was at the property for the scheduled block viewing between 11:00am and 11:30am, during which time all of the other booked viewers attended and were shown around. As this was a block viewing, our representative remained at the property throughout the allocated viewing window. We note that we received your email at 11:34am, after the scheduled block viewing had concluded and our viewing representative had left the property. Unfortunately, as the viewing window had ended by this point, we were unable to assist on the day. Katie handled the sale of our house in Bolton. She came to it part way through after her predecessor left, and very quickly got up to speed with what turned out to be a long and very difficult sale. Her communication was always excellent and she was polite, friendly and helpful. Shakira was also very good. We were very happy with the service provided by everyone at Miller Metcalfe Bolton.
