I expect a full refund from you for your failure to complete your side of the a verbal contract to find a buyer for two independent business,these business electrical and restaurant where valued by your agent James and priced to sell and was agreed a verbal contract at my premises from James that we would have a buyer for both business within 6 months James was so confident as he stated he had sold a restaurant in crystal palace within 6 months and advised that our business are viable to market and that’s why I paid the selling fee's upfront! and took his advice on the sales price per business of £100.000 each and then we signed the contract on this understanding that there would be a sale within six months,Not one offer or viewings for ether business since February 2017! to April 2018,Also if we sell either business privately WHILE IN CONTRACT be it family or friends OR OUR OWN ADVERTS we would be charged administration fee's of £7.500 + vat, Also we have to give 30 days notice and not able to market either business and not have our own buyer withing 30 days to sell private!READ THE SMALL PRINT! BEFORE PASSING OVER FEES!

I have worked with knightsbridge over the last year, to test the market and secure a buyer for one of my businesses. Whilst we have not secured a buyer, I found Leanne at knightsbidge very communicative and proactive in searching the market and setting up meetings with interested parties. Possible slight over valuation in the first instance clouded the judgement on what was achievable when speaking to buyers. But the process was solid. I chose to pull out of the market and build the business instead of selling.

What I hate most about this business is it's spamming technique that keeps hitting the catchall email address that I monitor. Niall Thomas sends so many spam emails as though they know who they're emailing, even though they're sent an email that is business owner name plus domain, so I get the fun of deleting yet another email. Unsubscribing doesn't work. Even their offer in their own email to stop emailing if no one responds doesn't stop them following up. Any business that sends emails to multiple emails they guess might works and continues to spam them is not one I would trust. Update: Now it's Victoria Hughes whos "realised I haven’t heard back from you" at addresses that DON'T EXIST. Just falling into our catchall. It's unbelievable how many attempts this company makes using variations of a director name plus our domain. New update: Now its Elliott Grant spamming at another email address that doesn't exist.

Just signed up with Knightsbridge Commercial (KC)

Whilst the sale of my business is at a very early stage, I am more than happy with the service received so far from Julie, Debbie and Elliot. Most recently Julie has contacted me several times updating me with the process going forward. Of course only time will time if KC are what they say they are, the number 1 in the UK for business sales. However, early indications are good and Julie and co have been most professional. I have previously sold 2 other businesses, 18yrs and 15yrs ago, and suffice it to say KC have been far more professional, more friendly and more helpful than the previous brokers we used, albeit it was 15 years ago. The signs are good so far, I hope the end result will be also.

A lot of time wasted

Rewriting again after initial review was removed upon request of Knightsbridge. I've been dealing with Jennifer M. (apparently can't use full name else it'll be removed), who has been quite frankly - awful. I've had to chase, and chase, and chase - and as a buyer, that's unacceptable. It means you're not serving me as an investor, and you're not serving your paying client as a seller. The most simple and basic questions don't get answered for weeks at a time, and when they do finally remember to get back in touch with you, it's totally irrelevant to what you requested, anyway. Terrible, terrible service - and a terribly poorly run company. If you're an investor / business buyer, then avoid. Plenty of other business brokers who actually want to help get deals done - Knightsbridge unfortunately are not one of those brokers in my experience.
