Sara was exceptional!

Sara provided us with a very efficient and professional service throughout (5*).She is commercial, customer facing, empathetic (when facing unforeseen challenges),responsive and ensured our best interests were represented. With hindsight, the initial 'sales meetings via zoom' with the Sales Director were misleading, as they failed to fully understand our business proposition, which culminated in unforeseen issues during the business sale.

Excellent value for money

We just completed the sale of one of our subsidiaries through Knightsbridge, and it was completed successfully and effortlessly. Knigthsbridge lead by Jesse were able to quickly find an incredible number of buyers to the point where we had offers arriving before even the introductory call. At the end we settled for a business similar to ours to ensure business continuity, however we had 2 to 3 calls a day from interested parties. Great customer service with an appointed sales consultant to your case. Paige Brindle was really good with the negotiations and follow ups as well as having a very hands on approach. The service we received from Knightsbridge was extremely poor and unprofessional. We believe Knightsbridge made a catalogue of errors throughout the 12 months we had our business on the market with them. Our business was initially incorrectly valued by their Sales Director and pitched too high for the national / local hospitality market. This had a significant impact on our ability to attract interest from potential buyers. The Sales Director stated that he had several clients who were just waiting for a business like ours. However in the 12 months under contract with Knightsbridge we had one viewing. There was also a clear difference of opinion between 2 of the Directors around the value of the business which led to us dropping the price on two separate occasions, and ultimately to a no sale. Knightsbridge needs to learn from more experienced and competent agents about relationship management and keeping the customer updated on progress or otherwise when selling businesses. We had little/ no contact from Knightsbridge to update us on progress, or expressions of interest. We had to contact them every month to extract even the most basic summary of progress! On reflection, we believe we wasted a year engaging Knightsbridge to sell our business. Our decision to partner with them was based on misleading information and incorrect valuation of our business. We wish we had chosen one of the other agents that provided quotes. In summary, one of the poorest customer service experiences we have received. Would definitely not recommend this company.
