I would highly recommend Knightsbridge to any business owner considering selling their business. My first meeting was with Joe Bull, who has been with the company for many years. From the start, I felt Joe really understood what I was trying to achieve and gave me confidence that Knightsbridge was the right company to handle the sale. From there, Leanne Boulding, my deal executive, and the wider team were fantastic throughout the whole process. Leanne kept me constantly updated, was always available when I had questions and made what could have been a very stressful process feel much more manageable. The marketing material they produced was excellent and they did a great job of identifying and approaching the right potential buyers rather than just generating interest for the sake of it. The sale took around 14 months from start to finish, and having Leanne and the team managing the process meant I could carry on running and growing the business without having to spend all my time dealing with the sale. In the end, the business achieved more than I had originally hoped for, and I genuinely believe the advice, hard work and support from Joe, Leanne and the whole Knightsbridge team played a big part in that. Looking to buy a business

I am an Engineering Consultant and I have been looking at a business opportunity through Knightsbridge Commercial and the service has been very good. Lilly Fryer has been my main point of contact and she has been excellent: quick to respond, clear in her communication and always happy to chase up extra information from the client on my behalf. I sent over a long list of detailed questions covering intellectual property, monthly trading figures, accounts, handover and price expectations, and Lilly came back with full answers and the supporting documents. Nothing was too much trouble and she kept me updated throughout. The information provided has been well presented and easy to work with. I used this company a year ago on behalf of another investor. It was great then and it is great now too. They maintain good standards and help both parties amicably. Very happy with the service so far and would recommend them.

So far I have had dealings with a few people who are helping with the sale of my business, all have been very good and informative about all of the stages that are needed when setting up the sales procedure, Amber Uttamlol who is the Document Writer has done an excellent write up regarding the explanation of the business and she responded very quickly to the amendments that I made. Also Lewis Bates the Financial Analyst was exceptionally prompt as soon as he received the accounts. All in all so far everyone I have had dealings with have been very helpful I hope this level of excellence continues and a sale will be achieved.

Knightsbridge commercial approached us…

Knightsbridge commercial approached us with a proposed sale of a retail business. There was no mention of any selling price therefore so that we do not waste our precious time emailing and talking on the phone with various persons about a company that was, potentially out of our reach, we asked them to provide us with an indication of what figure the seller aims to achieve so that we can decide whether this is a possible acquisition worth progressing further with or we should abandon it completely. They said their aim was to invite offers and i told them that they are fishing and wasting our time without providing a realistic horizon of what price you are working towards to. I told them that without any meaningful engagement with us without indicating what the aim is , it would be disrespectful for anyone to bid 5 pounds where the seller aims for 500 pounds. We made them an initial offer but we have got no acknowledgement back from them whatsoever, no follow up email, no nothing. The expression 'totally USELESS' is used frequently but in our case it is exactly what they look to us to be. Why when you have interested firm buyers standing by you are creating ' a secretive mystery' climate, as if you are hiding a Government's secret, is a mystery to us. No REAL FREQUENT feedback, NO tangible engagement with a potential buyer, dozens of advertising POINTLESS emails and all that from a company that is advertising itself as a leader and a must stop place when selling companies. A COMPLETE WASTE of our time, a very sad case of total incompetence and ZERO MEANINGFUL ENGAGEMENT WITH PROSPECTIVE SERIOUS BUYERS. Why do they bother emailing buyers with offers after all?
