I have just used Knightsbridge to sell my care company. From the beginning to the end, it was nothing short of excellent professionalism. Sara Thomasson was my advisor and she was fantastic. As this was my first business being sold I required a lot of support on the process. Sara provided this in abundance. There were a few occasions where the sale took longer than expected but that was due to some ill health of mine. Sara seemed to understand this and she showed support. At no point did I feel she was pressuring me to a faster sale to pursue her fees. Considering this was a purely transactional relationship, to feel supported in this way, it meant a lot and was unexpected. In the future if I sell more business, I will definitely use Knightsbridge again and ask to work alongside Sara.

Continuing to spam me, one unsolicited email per week from the sales director. They attempted to get my last review taken down - but as it didn’t break any rules or laws - it stayed up. Guessing personal email addresses contravenes GDPR regulations - so clean up your act, your database and stop buying dodgy contact details or I will report you, and will keep reporting every incident. I would rather give my company away than let this shady outfit attempt to sell it. Have a nice day, and may it be spam free.

GoogleI had a wonderful experience with Knightsbridge. They produced a beautiful brochure within the timescales that were laid out. They found a buyer very quickly. The deal fell through, but Paige was there to quickly come up with another. Three months later the sale was complete. Paige did a fantastic job in mediating when things inevitably got tricky. Highly, highly recommended!

GoogleConstantly calling me - Multiple times a day from different numbers. They always sound so shocked when I say I get constant calls from them. If I was going to sell my business, while I might have once chosen Knightsbridge, I certainly will not now.
