TrustpilotHighly Unprofessional and Shady
Adam will do everything he can never to refund any deposit paid to him and his houses are always in awful state. He doesn’t deposit the money with Tenancy Deposit Scheme.

GoogleSold a house via Josephs Estate Agents and I couldn't say how smooth the whole procedure was. I thought at first for the price they charge would’ve meant that I wouldn't get as good of a service compared to the Estate Agents I had in mind in going with but infact, it was 5 Star service all the way throughout! Couldn't be any happier with this Agent. Thank you loads!

GoogleI was a bit nervous about using an agent I had never heard of but the fees were so favourable I thought it was worth a try. So glad I did, the service was excellent. The property sold on the first viewing and we were kept updated and informed throughout. As a seller, I would definitely use them again and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

GoogleJoseph's have been excellent throughout the selling of our home. Everything they promised in their ads has been delivered they are polite, professional and extremely keen to follow up any queries you have. What has impressed us most is the pledge to give you regular phone call updates on the progress of your sale which they have- I would highly recommend them.
