GoogleThese guys are thieves. They been open for just over a year and are thieves. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE GIVE THEM A DEPOSIT. They claim people are bidding higher then you on properties however it is not true. They would have kept my £500 if I had no threatened them with property ombudsman. Its funny how as as soon they heard the name ombudsman they gave my deposit back. I wonder what they got to hide. I dont think this agency will be operating much longer any way I have seen your accounts etc. Good Luck and Good riddance.

GoogleRang up on Friday to make appt for viewing property, got told they haven't received keys from vendor, was asked to ring back Monday, too which I did just to find out that the property has been sold, That's how fast these guys work. lol, waiting for him to reply on here saying my telephone number is incorrect, like these guys have done to another customer on here. Seems all the good reviews left are all the owners cousins.

We had the manager out a month ago to do a valuation he was very professional and knowledgeable, he explained their policies and prices clearly and without any pressure at all. The way he explained his marketing strategy to get us the best price was excellent and made great sense, we have since decided not to put our house up for sale given the current situation but will be happy to use Joseph's in the future.

I suspect like many others who received fliers for this company we were initially scared off by what appears to be an outrageously low price.However we decided to bite the bullet and met with Andrew the sales manager having spoke with their staff over the phone.Our property was on the market with rightmove/Zoopla as promised withing 24 hours and sold within a week!We have had weekly updates re progress as promised and I can guarantee there are no hidden charges/extras they really do what they say on the tin.

GoogleMade an offer and was told someone would get back to me. Rang back a week later to see what was happening got told the property was sold. Never bothered telling me my offer had been rejected. Not a great customer service in my opinion!

It's early days as yet but the service I have received from Adam up to now has been very professional and he new the area well ,the photos Adam took for the sale of the property did it justice and was pleased by the results . I have had some viewings and let's hope the next stage is an offer of a sale ,so up to now I am pleased with Joseph's .
