GoogleMy uncle was trying to sell his business privately for 4 months, he signed with Hilton Smythe and says from initial contact right through to sale he had full diclosure, constant updates and within 2 months a flood of offers. Post sale, even after fees, he got over 30% of his initial asking price. Highly recommended and extremely professional.

Googlei would not recommend this company at all - they do not provide updates,deny they receive any correspondence despite it being sent recorded delivery, do not advertise your business under the correct categories, they are only out to get the initial deposit of you and then they don't want to know - stay away at all costs there are much better estate agents out there.
