Claves were handing the sale for the property we’ve just purchased. Both Lynne & Marcus were amazing throughout the process pushing all parties along to ensure it was completed as quickly as possible. This was imperative as we had a cash buyer eager to move into our property. Highly recommended.

Really grateful for all the efforts of the Claves team - a tough ride of two properties to sell to buy the house we wanted … the team understood what we wanted to achieve and smoothed the journey getting there - very happy new owner of a property !!

Claves were fantastic dealing with both the sale of my house and purchase of our new home. Nothing was to much trouble. Lynne in particular kept us updated, managing all the solicitors in a chain of 5 and providing a reassuring ear during what was a stressful process. I would have no hesitation in recommending Claves and would use them again if I ever decide to move again. Thank-you Warren, Marcus and Lynne

There aren’t enough stars to give! Lynne, Marcus, Janet and Warren have been absolutely phenomenal throughout. It’s been far from a straightforward sale (to say the least!), but their support, patience, and even counselling at times :), has been unbelievable. I honestly can’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you so much!
