I have used Claves for several house viewings over the last year I originally had an offer accepted on a property, but due to the survey I had conducted I had to pull out of the sale. Despite this, Claves remained professional, and worked diligently to bring new possible properties to my attention, by listening to what I wanted and needed. They have finally found me the perfect house, and I moved in a few weeks ago, the process has been very smooth and albeit longwinded (my pickiness), they stuck with me and put the customer first, not the sales opportunities. A very professional, seamless experience from start to finish with this estate agent. The fees were reasonable, they kept us informed on a ‘need to know’ basis throughout the process and, as we are based overseas, kept a check on the property outside of the normal viewing appointments. I have tried to think of any negatives or areas of improvement but in all honesty I cannot think of any. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend their services.
