She was absolutely fantastic from start to finish, calm, knowledgeable, and always one step ahead. No matter how challenging things became, Lynn handled everything with professionalism, patience, and a level of care that made a huge difference. Her communication was spot‑on, she kept us fully updated, and she consistently went above and beyond to make sure the process kept moving. Buying a property can be stressful, but Lynn made it feel manageable and supported us every step of the way. I was nervous about selling our family home after 24 years but there was no need. From Warren coming to value my house and explaining the process, to the photographer, Marcus doing the write-up and Lynne keeping me updated, putting the house on the market was easy. All viewings were arranged by phone and confirmed by email. At my request, Claves carried out the viewings. Because of the immediate level of interest, Marcus based himself at the house and carried out all of the viewings with professionalism and updated me after each. I was fortunate to have a large number of viewings arranged by Claves straight away and offers to purchase followed which were put forward quickly and they secured the sale within 7 days of going live. Lynne kept me fully updated throughout the sale process and navigated my irritation with many aspects (particularly solicitors), with respectful calmness and realism. I would have no hesitation in recommending Claves as I was very impressed with the whole team - they did a fantastic job!

What can I say... Claves have been there for me every step of the way!!! They go above and beyond not just as your agents but as friends! There were tough times throughout the process and one phone call would have you back in the game!! For me it was the personal touch!! Nothing was ever too much trouble! Very happy with Claves, who handled the sale of a family property. Communication was excellent, I was kept fully informed at every stage of the process. Queries were dealt with quickly and efficiently, nothing seemed too much trouble. All staff members were friendly and professional, but a special mention must go to Lynne who made the whole experience as smooth as possible. From the first phone call to the day of completion we were supported and kept up to date by all at Claves. The initial appointment with Warren was professional and thorough, all aspects were discussed and we never felt rushed. Our home was then marketed beautifully by Marcus, this concluded in a quick sale which went without a hitch.
