GoogleThey manage our block of flats, appalling amount of damage as they did not repair the roof for years, some of it has had to be rebuilt. All the flat owners complain about the fact they take the service charge money but have never done repairs, the place looks a mess now. Avoid this company at all costs.

GoogleWould never recommend them to anyone! I can’t imagine how these people are still open and working bearing in mind their irresponsible and unprofessional staff! If you have issues with them while still renting wait until you move out ;)

GoogleThe staff are useless, the properties are advertised yet never available. The staff are not properly trained and give out misleading information and the they are rude unhelpful and unfriendly.

GoogleI do not recommend this agency, one thing says, and the other they do!!!!! I do not want this gas oven! I asked for gas-electric, that was agreed. But I received only gas oven. !!!
