Viewed a couple of properties with the Bognor Regis office of Henry Adams, neither were suitable for my needs but found the staff very helpful and professional, especially Carol who showed us round. She is an asset to the company, very friendly, honest and down to earth.

Always gave feedback from the viewings without our need to chase them up. Every step of the way (as sellers), we were informed of what was happening. I also appreciate that we were selling in a difficult market and Henry Adams worked very hard to secure a sale on our behalf.

This is the most horrible letting agent I have ever encountered in my life, they're a nightmare. their activities and tendency to collude with landlords to rip you off your holding deposit runs against the acts of the UK paliaments, I can give you several tenants identities they have ripped off, a searchlight needs to be conducted into their activities if the labour government which we voted for will survive in their plans for housing in that axis.

I recently purchased a property through Henry Adams in Selsey, given it was a leasehold flat and the management company was not helpful, I have to say a big thank you to the team, but especially to Kevin for his patience, tenacity and professionalism throughout. He went that extra mile to do everything possible for what turned out to be a difficult and lengthy process which would have been so much simpler had the management company been more proactive and communicative. So a big thank you, Selsey, I’d love you to see what I’ve done to the place. And specially to Kevin.

If I could give Henry Adams Lettings Chichester less than one star I would. As tenants paying an inflated monthly rent for a small, tired property in Chichester, which we rented for nine months, we could not have experienced worse customer service. There were countless problems with the property which were either not addressed at all, or addressed incredibly slowly and incompetently by the staff at Henry Adams Lettings Chichester. As a result, we suffered nine months of discomfort, inconvenience and stress. During our tenancy there was a high turnover of staff and a clear lack of leadership at Henry Adams Lettings Chichester. Needless to say, we would certainly not recommend them!

We have now secured our rental property through Henry Adams and I can honestly say a professional but friendly service from the first viewing to collecting the keys to our new home. We delt with Charlie Salter through the process and he was understanding, informative and very pleasant from start to finish. It's a shame 1 star is all I can put, they don't take care of their tenants, the landlord has taken months to do basic things. Thought to edit to address the comment, contacting the letting agency as requested under has been done multiple times but simple request are not answered and neither are the serious ones. So maybe a bad review is just the way to get their attention. Good to know... :D

Henry Adams, and in particular Lesley-Anne, were extremely helpful in finding us a rental for my elderly parents. Communication was good and once a property had been decided on the whole process was very smooth and efficient. Their 6 month rental is now up so we have once again asked Lesley-Anne to help find us a new property.
