Middleton on Sea Henry Adams team changed my view of estate agents! From the outset they were efficient and kind. Through to the post sale they never stopped being supportive. I say team, because all of them were on the sale. Not once did I ring up and get passed off because the main contact was unavailable. They all took interest and worked together from start to finish. Even post completion they continued to help! A great an positive experience...and a quick sale!

Really disappointing experience with Henry Adam trying to sell our property. On three occasions, we've not heard back, despite direct emails and follow up emails. Told it due to a system error. Needless to say we wouldn't recommend this agent for a consistent communication, which is critical if selling your property.

Well, what can we say! If we could give the whole sales team at Henry Adams Selsey 50 stars, we would! They held our hand through the rough patches we experienced in selling our bungalow, (no fault of theirs, just the general public’s flippant attitude towards everything nowadays it seems!), and they supported us through to a very satisfactory conclusion. They also went above and beyond with their customer service towards us, in checking our empty property was ok after several storms, collecting post, taking meter readings for us etc etc. They really put our minds at rest whenever we had any worries or issues. We can’t recommend them highly enough! If you are looking for brilliant customer service, from a trustworthy, empathic team, you won’t go far wrong in giving Kev, Matt or Tracy a call at Henry Adams, Selsey. Never ever would I deal with this company again. Their unprofessional and completely uncaring attitude throughout my dealings with them has left a very bitter taste. I have never dealt with such difficult agents who have showed not one iota of decent customer service. I am just so saddened and disappointed. Our rental process was very professionally facilitated by Charlie Salter who was fast, efficient, superbly organised and explained all the technical stages of E-signing in plain English. This was the best and most stress-free rental process we have EVER experienced and everyone we spoke to at Henry Adams was delightful. They work as a seamless team and left no questions unanswered. Charlie Salter is a first class agent and we cannot thank him enough for his excellent work!

I have not met Guy Peters of Henry Adams Surveyors. Not surprising. Don’t need to. I am in Toronto struggling to get my brother’s Bognor properties to probate and Guy is in Chichester. Amazing service. Fast and complete job first try. Knows what he is talking about and makes it clear to people even in distant places. Concise but complete. First, a Red Book appraisal. Then an update to current market price from my next email. And the price is right. Courtesy and understanding thrown in for free. My kind of guy. Well done Henry Adams.
