I recently purchased a property through Henry Adams in Selsey, given it was a leasehold flat and the management company was not helpful, I have to say a big thank you to the team, but especially to Kevin for his patience, tenacity and professionalism throughout. He went that extra mile to do everything possible for what turned out to be a difficult and lengthy process which would have been so much simpler had the management company been more proactive and communicative. So a big thank you, Selsey, I’d love you to see what I’ve done to the place. And specially to Kevin.

I have recently changed to Henry Adams being the managing agent for my rental property due to issues I had with the previous managing agent.The staff in the Storrington branch have all been fantastic. They have answered any queries quickly and efficiently. They found a new tenant in a short space of time. Any maintenance queries have been dealt with in a professional and timely manner.I swapped to them in November 22 and already they have surpassed the previous managing agent by miles. Alex and all the lettings team have been amazing. They are a small team but all have a knowledge of what is going on with each property. I now complete trust and confidence with the way my property is being managed.

Mark Peacock did a really good job for us over many months and in some trying circumstances. I would not recommend anyone going to auction and we should have stayed with Henry Adams throughout the process but in the end Mark got the job done. Appalled at how this agency have treated my friend who has been with loyal customers for 5 years. They advised her that the landlord was selling up but she was promised that they would be able to stay at the property and not to look for somewhere else to live. Only at the last minute was she told this was not the case and she has until December to find somewhere else to live. The miscommunication and misleading of the situation has left her in a terrible position and I would've expected more integrity from such a well known agency.

It's a shame 1 star is all I can put, they don't take care of their tenants, the landlord has taken months to do basic things. Thought to edit to address the comment, contacting the letting agency as requested under has been done multiple times but simple request are not answered and neither are the serious ones. So maybe a bad review is just the way to get their attention. Good to know... :D

Communication was good and once a property had been decided on the whole process was very smooth and efficient.
