I have recently bought a flat in Walsall. It will be an investment property as my intention is to rent it out. The assistance given to me when purchasing a flat in Walsall was excellent. The estate agent was extremely proactive as an intermediary between myself and the seller which helped the process enormously. She was approachable, accommodating and positive throughout..
