GoogleWe have just started renting through Symonds and Sampson and so far the whole process has been dealt with fantastically. Rachael and her team are both personal and professional- they are highly efficient and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them, in particular Rachael.

GoogleThe worst experience that I have ever had, they had the appraisal date incorrect by 100 years, and weren't flexible enough to come up with any other options. I am surprised in these austere times that when someone is offering you their £500,000 house to sell you are unwilling to do anything about it, after admitting it was their fault in the first place. My suggestion is to avoid and use one of the more reputable agents in the town.

GoogleWe have used S&S in the past for good reason. Not only is the whole process from start to finish highly efficient but the staff are friendly and go out of their way to ensure things go smoothly.
