GoogleDisappointing Experience. I had a frustrating experience with the letting department of the estate agency. Lack of professionalism and communication is poor.
We are unable to find any record of your name on our database or connect you with any activity through the letting department at the Blandford office. As a firm, we welcome and encourage client feedback. We do not, however, engage in dialogue on public websites; instead, we will investigate the issues raised in a professional and, most importantly, confidential manner. I have worked with her for 8 years over 2 different properties and always found her to be highly professional in liaising with me and my landlord and extremely helpful in resolving any problems. Rachael assisted in my application for a property when, due to having an income based on maintenance, she was able to vouch for my financial credibility when tick boxing by credit agencies often results in a refusal. Furthermore, Rachael has always been warm and approachable with a friendly, caring manner - so as tenant you feel heard and valued. It has, as a result, always been a pleasure to deal with Symonds and Sampson and Rachael is a great asset to their business.

GoogleThis review is about my experience of selling my Mother's house in Hilton through the Blandford Office. It turned out to be a very tricky property to sell, but from the start we were impressed by the friendly and professional manner of the staff. Alex was our main point of contact and he was excellent in dealing with my very elderly mother with tact and compassion. After my mother had moved out Alex kept my brother and I informed of all viewings and became very familiar with the rather quirky property we had to sell. I also spoke frequently to Jo, Julie and Meredith and all staff were helpful and accessible. I would definitely recommend this company to anybody selling or buying in the area and was completely satisfied with the service given. I felt I knew Alex pretty well by the end and would commend his people skills .

GoogleAbsolutely abysmal. Never returned calls or responded to emails and Rachel (a partner no less!) tried to get me to hand in notice to my current landlady before I had been accepted as a tenant in a new property. This was compounded by her telling me that the property had been taken off the market (which was an outright lie) when I insisted on giving my landlady one month's notice. I had dealings with their Bridport office and they were fine but I would recommend that you steer clear of the Blandford office.
