GoogleWe viewed a property over a year ago and had our offer accepted. Just before exchange, we lost our buyer. Symonds & Sampson had just the right balance of giving us a bit of time to find a new buyer but also acting in the interests of their client. The property market was terrible but David kept in touch every week or two to keep us updated. When we did find another buyer, we had another viewing, with Michael this time, who was excellent. We offered again and the house is now ours. David and Charlotte were brilliant and kept us informed all the way through. There was a delay on completion day which meant we couldn't get the key before close of business. Bridget made a detour on her way home to drop the key off at the property so we could actually get in late in the day. Very good service from everyone at the Blandford office.
