I am deeply disappointed by the unprofessional and misleading experience I had with Dorset Property in Wimborne. When I contacted you regarding the advertised flat, I was informed that an immediate viewing couldn't be arranged due to the current occupancy. Despite my strong interest and willingness to offer a higher monthly price than advertised, I was unfairly denied the opportunity to do so. It is particularly upsetting to learn that the property was taken by someone who had already viewed it before the viewing day we would have. Their handling of the situation reflects a lack of transparency and disregard for potential tenants. I must also mention that the behaviour of their staff was exceptionally rude throughout my interactions with them.
Thank you for your feedback. Our team were correct in advising you an immediate appointment would not be possible in this situation. With tenanted/occupied properties we are contractually required to provide the Tenant with at least 24 hours written notice of an appointment at the property and access must be arranged via agreement with the Tenant. A Tenant has the right to quiet enjoyment by law and this means we cannot expect them to allow access to their home with little to no notice. We are unable to identify how you may have been misled based on the information provided.

We had an extremely challenging/emotional sale and they dealt with everything so well, considering covid and everything. We were very humbled by the lovely phone call we had from Will today. thank you for putting up with us as sellers as I know we did put the pressure on. would recommend to anyone. all the best and merry Christmas to you all

GoogleFirst off, let me express my thanks to Monica and the rest of the team in the Blandford Office who have been amazing since the very first moment My Mrs and I approached them about a letting they had available. The team in Blandford contacted the Landlord of the property expressing how much interest we had in the property, they not only managed to convince the landlord to hold the property for us but they also helped us with advice on how to get setup in the property and have pointed us in the right direction for utility's and insurance. if i could rate the team any higher i would do as they are absolutely amazing and very helpful! i highly recommend the team here for a top service!

GoogleI had been looking for a property to rent in Dorset, which was particularly difficult as I have a dog. Grace from Dorset Property was extremely helpful in securing me a viewing of a bungalow, which the landlord originally wasn't going to allow pets. As I was only in the area a couple of days a week, Grace was extremely accommodating and flexible.

FacebookAfter renting through Dorset Property, Weymouth branch, for the last five and a half years I would like to take the opportunity to thank everyone in the Weymouth branch for their friendly and professional service. All my, not too many, complaints and faults were dealt with extremely fast, they were never intrusive in their management and the final ‘check out’ was stress free! Also, I would like to say that my deposit was refunded within one working day. Many thanks and highly recommended!

GoogleWhen Grace worked here it was the best letting agent in town, by some margin - she would actively pair prospective tenants with properties. However now I’ve been in to update my search and details it’s clear that the staff aren’t interested in helping. It’s a shame, it’s just another ‘check rightmove’ letting agent.
