Wouldn't recommend them at all for letting, very poor service and lack of communication never returned our call and in the end, we had to pup in 3 times to be able to get hold of them, the gentleman who did the viewing was very efficient although I can not say the same thing about their office staff. Very disappointed with their service and will never back to them for either buying or letting.

I will add to the warnings not to use…

I will add to the warnings not to use this agent. We enquired about a rental and was asked to complete a form and set up an experian account so they could see our credit score before a viewing. I did all this the same day sent my form and credit report (996) and heard nothing for over a week. After chasing them up I get a email saying they were doing viewings with other people on the flat we had asked about and they would let me know later in the week what was happening. Still waiting weeks later. What a disgrace of a company.

We are renting a property with Tiger estates and we have had numerous issues with them since day one. We have only been in the property for three weeks and the problems that were meant to be resolved before the moving in date are still unresolved. The agents don't seem to care about their tenants, or at least they don't about us. The service one should expect is clearly lacking.

Was told to avoid this company and I should have listened told me that I had the property paid my holding fee they contacted my landlord without my permission which caused alot of trouble at my end solicitors involved etc landlord tried to evict me for them to only tell me that the landlord "wants someone better" waste of my time and has put me in a very difficult situation which could have been avoided also they said it will take 7 working days to refund my holding fee it's been a month and still haven't received the refund avoid this company very very poor service you have been warnedNegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Don't Waste Your Time!

My daughter made an appointment to view a property after completing the copious amount of forms. She received an email with a date, a time and a gentleman's name who would meet her there. She booked time off work, arrived early at the property and waited almost half an hour...for nobody to show up. She then called the office to be told there was nothing in the diary, implied she was mistaken and suggested she rebook the viewing.

To be honest I wouldn’t give Tiger Agency Blackpool a star. Our offer was accepted on a property, we then had a mortgage in place and our solicitors started the paperwork. Two weeks down the line we had an email to say that someone has put a higher offer on the property weeks after and want us to match. This giving us the impression that they carried on with viewings after our offer was accepted (very unprofessional and no morals). They did turn around and say that these people viewed the house same day but only put an offer in two weeks after, morally the agency should have said something and explained an offer was accepted. We explained that we are not changing our offer as it was accepted. We explained how un professional this is and our agency certainly wouldn’t allow this as they were disappointed. Their response was not sympathetic and they came across as they didn’t care at all that they were allowing gazumping to occur.

Worst estate agents…don't sell with these

Worst estate agents I've ever come across. Rude on the phone. Your nothing but an annoyance if you dare to ring them and are treated as such. If you want to veiw they need to see your bank statements, your mortgage agreement and even after that if your own house isn't already on the market then you are declined to veiw properties. How they sell any houses is beyond belief.

DONT USE THIS COMPANY I Received a letter to say they would be inspecting my house at 10:30 am approximately, I called at 11:35 to complain that no one had turned up, I again phoned to ask when this inspection would take place as I had spent all morning waiting for the visit, , the switchboard operator said she would get someone to call at 12:22 I still hadn't received a call, Abysmal service, they couldn't care less, I shall be speaking to my landlord to tell them Again of this inept service. I do have a lot of negative things to say about tiger estates Blackpool. I am a tenant renting a one bed flat and just moved in 3 months ago. Once I had been accepted for the property they said I’d have to wait a few weeks until I could move in (apparently they were working on the property)

absolutley terrible emergency service.im currently waiting for a phone call from their maintenance man who only recieves emails.!!!..can not be contacted by phone.my boiler is making an almighty racket shaking the taps and radiators.water pouring outside..(boiler is gas!!)..and ive been told there is nothing more they can do !!..i feel like they are placing me and my family in danger.i didnt want to give 1 star but i had to so i could post this!!!
