We arranged to view a property. and as we were traveling a long way to view asked if they would notify us in good time if the property was sold/had an offer. Just before we were due to leave I rang to see if the viewing was still happening and got told the property had an offer on it. Fortunately we had several other properties to view so it wasn't a completely wasted trip. When I complained they said "Oh, we would have let you know". I said "When? When we were half way along the M6?" It seems that 'keeping their buyers in the loop' isn't a priority.
