The property was sold within 12 weeks with no issues at all. Weekly updates were given about progress which was great. Natalie handled the sale and was very professional and courteous at all times. I would say this is the best Estate Agent across the Fylde coast area.

I can’t recommend Stephen Twe Estate Agents enough! I had previously had it on with a national agent who overpriced it, then over the course of 9 months recommended an overall price reduction of 24%, with not one offer! A friend recommended Stephen Twe and from the start it was a totally different experience. The initial assessment was clear, and we had a frank conversation about pricing, landing on a number we were both happy with. Within 1 month we had 3 offers and have just sold over asking price, and we couldn’t be more delighted with the outcome. Stephen Twe also has a spectacular team! Every member of their team had an amazing attitude and seemed laser focused on getting the best outcomes for us from the start. I really must call out Simon who was a complete superstar from the start, communicating consistently and clearly setting expectations. After the house sold, I got two direct messages from Natalie and Simon congratulating me on the sale! They didn’t need to do that, the commission was banked and their job was done, but it’s a hallmark of their service and genuine desire to give the best experience they can in what is a very stressful process. This is a review for lettings. Highly recommend this letting agent. The first I have dealt with that actually want to sort problems out as they arise. Made sure everything was fixed and ready for when we moved in 😊 Lauren explained every step for me and did her best to make sure everything went smoothly to which it did! A complete waste of time trying to sell…

A complete waste of time trying to sell with these. Communication and follow-up have been extremely poor throughout. I specifically requested that the price of my property be reduced while we were travelling in order to encourage a quicker sale. After hearing nothing back, I checked again a month later only to find that the reduction had never even been actioned. To make matters worse, when I asked to be released from the contract just 6 days early so I could move quickly and try another estate agent, the response from staff was very defensive. They were quick to point out the “legally binding” 30-day cancellation period, despite the fact they have had the property on the market since before Christmas with very little progress. The 8 weeks I referred to was only the initial contractual agreement period, so I feel more than enough time had been given for proper communication, follow-up, and an active attempt to sell the property. Overall, the experience has been frustrating and disappointing from start to finish. Based on my experience, I personally would not recommend using Stephen Tew Estate Agents.
