GoogleWhat can I say..... Through no fault at all of McDonald's, the sale of my house has been a long affair, but with their help, tenacity and professionalism, we got there in the end.
From Steve, Josh, Shirley, Harley and all the rest of the team, the viewing, selling and communication process has been very easy.
McDonalds were superb in all aspects, and this sale completes a long standing relationship from renting my home originally, to completing the sale this week.

Googleif we could give 0 stars we would. after agreeing to purchase a property from mcdonalds and being told it had been taken off the market and marked sold stc on line we spent money on solicitors, surveyors and furnishings and receiving the memo of sales from my solicitor, we were then informed that someone else had offered on the property and that we unable to buy it. we were spoken to terribly by steve the owner. the most unprofessional company we have ever dealt with. very rude. he started counting like a child and could not hold a adult conversation. he didn't appreciate how much we had laid out. do not use this company, you will regret it. this man does not know how to run a bath let alone a business. if you put your house on with him you are guaranteed not to get genuine feedback. we offered £17000 more than the agreed price that day and still unable to buy, what on earth has gone on. avoid this business at all costs.NegativeQuality, Professionalism

GoogleHad a appointment at 2pm with Chris Friday gone. No one turned up. I called the office and the voicemail kept coming on. I eventually got through and I was told no appointment was made and that they had be busy. I took the day off work for this visit. I rang them at 12.40pm and they said they needed to investigate on what happened and didn't call me back until 6.30pm with no change. Unprofessional and I would not recommend these agents to sale or let your property. AvoidNegativeProfessionalism

Cris will value your property in the best way to get the best price and not OVER value your property to get the sale and leave you stuck on the market for ages without any offers. We had an accepted offer within 2 days of advertising with McDonalds when another estate agent over valued us and wasted 4 weeks with no reasonable offers coming in. Couldn`t of asked for more from McDonalds Estate agents. Josh and their team are also on hand for any queries and answer straight away. Will always use this company if we need to sell again.

The team here are sorry you feel this way, although we do feel your comments are more than a little harsh. As you can see from our other reviews it is not at all our usual feedback. Whilst no agent can sell every property, we do pride ourselves on our efforts, success rate and customer service, therefore we take these comments very seriously.
I do feel that we did try our very best to sell your property and were polite and professional at all times when responding to your numerous communications. On each occasion offering advice on how best to proceed, although its was obviously your choice to ignore this advice and we always then acted upon your instructions, where possible.
I’m sure you’ll remember we originally agreed to test the market, as per your instructions, at an asking price higher than our valuation. We did make clear that this was very optimistic and to bare this in mind.
We still went on to generate 16 viewing enquiries of which 14 successfully attended. Feedback was mainly objecting to the price and lack of outside space. Despite our recommendations you chose to dismiss this feedback from potential buyers, so again we followed your instructions.
We’d like to say during your time with us on the market, we agreed sales on 45 other 3 bed semi-detached houses, one of them even being on the same road.
Again, please accept our sincere apologies and we do wish you all the very best for the future.
