GoogleI recently had a Mcdonald estate sign poorly erected to my front garden gate post, subsequently it was blown down and refitted by McDonald's just as bad as before a few days later the same thing happened again only this time it damaged my wall and hit my car. I contacted McDonald's and told them to remove the sign completely and pay for the repair this they failed to do now again thewind has blown it away, McDonald's do not listen to their voice mails!

Hi Paul, sorry you feel you’ve had some issues. The For Sale boards aren’t owned by McDonalds, everything is outsourced to a third party provider who I’ve checked in with and they confirm that the board was re-erected on the 9th of Jan, but they have not had any contact since. I have checked through our files and can’t find any record of a conversation subsequent to this date, other than arranging a viewing on your home. I’ve checked the voicemail logs, our phone system also sends these through in a written format, but can’t see anything relevant there either. Don’t worry though, now we are aware we can get things sorted for you. The board company are very professional and obviously fully insured, as you can imagine they are used to all eventualities, particularly with the volume of ‘named’ storms we have been experiencing. One of the team will pop round and have a look for you.

GoogleAbsolute shambles of an Estate Agent. I was left outside I had arranged to view last week. When the estate agent did not turn up I rang them... To be told the property had an offer in the morning that had been accepted and they had taken it off the market. (Fair Enough..). They claimed they tried to ring me (no missed calls..) and emailed me (again no emails...even though I am on the mailing list.) They absolutely did not ring or email I have my phone with me at all times.... I told them to take me off the mailing list as I would never do business with them if this was their level of service.. What popped into my emails 2 days later... Yepp another house from the mailing list...So they clearly did not remove me.. On a final note I also found out the house had been moved to a "Sold" state on RightMove the day before and so again the story I was told of an offer being received in the morning of the day was not true either...
