GoogleTotal waste of time, full of false promises, would never use this company ever again would give no stars but have to click on one, they don't even deserve that. Don't believe anything they tell you.
Hi Malcom The team here are sorry you feel this way, although we do feel your comments are more than a little harsh. As you can see from our other reviews it is not at all our usual feedback. Whilst no agent can sell every property, we do pride ourselves on our efforts, success rate and customer service, therefore we take these comments very seriously. I do feel that we did try our very best to sell your property and were polite and professional at all times when responding to your numerous communications. On each occasion offering advice on how best to proceed, although its was obviously your choice to ignore this advice and we always then acted upon your instructions, where possible. I’m sure you’ll remember we originally agreed to test the market, as per your instructions, at an asking price higher than our valuation. We did make clear that this was very optimistic and to bare this in mind. We still went on to generate 16 viewing enquiries of which 14 successfully attended. Feedback was mainly objecting to the price and lack of outside space. Despite our recommendations you chose to dismiss this feedback from potential buyers, so again we followed your instructions. We’d like to say during your time with us on the market, we agreed sales on 45 other 3 bed semi-detached houses, one of them even being on the same road. Again, please accept our sincere apologies and we do wish you all the very best for the future. The McDonalds Team.

I had the pleasure of working with Harli and Stephanie, they were very prompt and thorough all the way through, chasing myself, the seller and the mortgage company to make the exchange a success in a timely manner ready before I went on Holiday! Dear Anonymous, assuming you meant 'through' your door, we're really not sure this warrants a one star review and the impact on ratings for our customer service and efforts on behalf of our valued customers. However, If you'd like to send us your details we'll happily look into the logistics of a 'block' on your address for future leaflets, as there will be more being sent. Regards The McDonalds Team. TIP: for anyone reading this review, leaflets are valuable marketing tool utilised by a variety of business's like estate agents, pizza companies, double glazing, cake making etc. If you don't wish to receive any of this type of marketing you can place a simple and inexpensive 'no-canvassing or leaflets' sign visibly in say your window. This should will stop all reputable distribution companies from posting unwanted 'mail' through your door. Hope this helps.
