They don't vet landlords or properties, essentially just enabling bad/slum landlords. We moved into a "freshly refurbished" property which from day one had a litany of issues... 5 months on they're all still issues. Entwistle Green ultimately re-enforce the fact that renters should be treated as second class citizens, we'll never use them again.

Had no heating or hot water for 2 weeks. In my 3 year tenancy, accumulated time without both is over 2 months. Despite numerous plumbers saying boiler needs changing, Entwhistle Green (Warrington) keep letting the landlord patch it up. They also won't petition the landlord for any compensation. They're definitely all for the landlord and don't give a damn about tenants.

Awful service from this company. They took 7 weeks to get my share of the deposit feom the previous Tenant and I'm still waiting for the three months rent they took off the new Tenant upon occupation and it's been 8 weeks now. I can't express how much frustration and anger I have. Appalling service.

I have been with entwistle and countrywide 5yrs they have always been good.I have just stopped letting property and the help i got from martin Gallagher at entwistle green bury was 101% . He was brilliant and certainly went the extra mile. Great guy i would highly recommend. Anne
