2 years after moving in and Elan are digging the road up for the second time. Shocking quality control, would never buy from them again. As soon as the last house is sold they scarper and leave the residents to live with unfinished roads and continued disruption with sub-contractors

We Cannot recommend Elan homes enough, we have had a great experience buying our home. Anna and Billy where beyond helpful and made the process go as smoothly as possible. Any little snags where sorted out quickly.The site manager has been great nothing as felt like to much.

Lived on a new plot for 2 years and the road still isnt completed, raised drainage and dodgy paths. They wont answer calls or explain what is happening. Frustrating.
