Thank you so much to the whole team at Robinson Jackson Blackfen for making our home move so easy. From our first appointment to collecting the keys they were all so helpful, even keeping in contact during lockdown to make sure we knew what the situation was at all times. The process was really stress free, Sam even helped me with questions I had regarding utilities in the new house as I had completely forgotten what I needed to do. Any time I contacted them I received a response almost immediately, but most of the time I didn't need to contact them as they kept me informed every step of the way. I hope we are now in our forever home but if we ever did move again I would 100% use Robinson Jackson Blackfen.

We was in a chain with them and the agent we had from a online company did not help us at all, if it wasn't for the team and Robinson Jackson I don't think the sale wouldn't go through. The other agent hasn't even contacted me to say we've exchanged but Sam and Lauren let me know straight away. They didn't have to put up with my constant chasing and emails but they never complained at all! They updated me a lot and even every day towards the end. They did everything they could to get our purchase to exchange and they wasn't even our agents they were only above us in the chain. I cannot reccomend them enough! Really professional and went above and beyond for us!

We have finally moved to our new home in Norfolk from Sidcup after a long and difficult 12 months. We initially put our house on the market with an estate agents at the Oval, Sidcup, but they over promised and under delivered! As soon as the contract ended we went with Robinson Jackson who had been recommended to us. From day 1 we were met with professionalism, friendliness and efficiency. Harry came and valued our house and gave us straight and honest advice. Andrew Greene, Branch manager, over-saw the whole process and engaged with us when we unfortunately had issues with the chain which fell through 4 times due to no fault of theirs. Lovely Natalie Birks looked after most of our viewings and guided us through the selling process. Once we got to offer stage the process was taken over by the progressing team, mostly Sam Birks and Lauren. They have been utterly fabulous and poor Sam had to cope with my tears and frustrations each time someone in the chain let us down. We sadly had a sudden bereavement during the process and they were so supportive and full of empathy. What has been a very difficult process and year, has been made all the more bearable by the whole of the lovely RJ team and we cannot thank them enough for getting us to the final stage, our new life in Norfolk. We never intend moving again BUT we would happily recommend them to those who want to move.

Natalie and Andy are great and the two sales progressors, Sam and Lauren, kept us sane and were so helpful from day 1. We have recently had the fortune to deal with the after sales team at Robinson & Jackson ( Sam & Lauren). We actually used an online agent to sell the property which was ok but had it not been for Robinson & Jackson I feel sure the sale would have fallen through. Their professionalism and support throughout has been invaluable, they made sure we were given weekly updates and when things were not going smoothly, worked diligently to sort them out. Were we to move again I would not hesitate to use them. I really think it is a case that you get what you pay for and whilst an online agent may appear to be a good option, they lack the knowledge and understanding required to complete the sale. Could not recommend them enough!

I never leave reviews; however, I felt the need to say what a fabulous experience I had dealing with Andrew and Natalie in fact the whole team whilst selling my property, I am a lady in my late seventies so was fairly worried about going through this process, but everyone made it such an easy experience and always put my mind at rest. I particularly liked the advice they gave me right at the beginning of the process when people were putting in offers, Robinson Jackson told me when they felt I shouldn't jump to the first offer when they thought I could achieve more money, which I liked...
