Thank you to all at the Sidcup & Blackfen branch. We sold our flat through R&J just before Christmas. Initially we weren't sure where to start in terms of finding a good estate agent but had seen R&J present locally. After an initial enquiry Andy came to visit promptly and provided some really good feedback and advice. After a couple of viewings we had already received good offers over asking and ended up accepting one that was higher than we had initially thought possible.
Since then, we had fantastic communication from Andy and the rest of the team including Steph, Sam, Natalie, Lauren and Harry who all helped to put our mind at ease and meant that the process was easier and smoother than we would have thought possible (it's the first time we've sold). We even managed to move out before Christmas!

GoogleI bought a property from Robinson Jackson and was very pleased with how responsive and accommodating the team was. My purchase (and sale using another agent) was hindered by a few unforeseen issues which were dealt with swiftly and professionally by the team at Robinson Jackson. Most estate agents will deal with standard sales/purchases, but the good estate agents are those that can deal with unexpected issues, and that’s what Robinson Jackson does well.
From the very start up until completion, the team were always available and always providing updates. A special mention needs to be made to Sam who went out of her way to seek out answers and solve issues that were not her responsibility to do.
