GoogleExcellent service throughout from Karen and the team in Blaby.
My 80 year old mum was very anxious about the prospect of selling her home of the last 45 years, but Karen was empathetic and put her at ease straight away. The whole process was efficient and smooth from beginning to end.
Karen and the team kept us updated throughout the sale process, and were either able to answer any queries outright or quickly followed up and came back with an answer.

The staff at the Blaby office went out if their way, when it was required to aid what turned out to be a very stressful move. We don't think we'd have coped without Karen and especially Alison helping us through the process.

GoogleAbsolutely terrible estate agents. Me and my daughter are both homeless we knew of a flat becoming available in Whetstone so we went into the estate agents to enquire about it we were told that we would be the first to have a viewing when it became available and when it did my daughter asked for a viewing only to be told they were fully booked and had no chance of a viewing we had the full deposit ready and still told we werenβt able to view it. I would not recommend this estate agent to anybody

Hi Darryl, thank you for your review. We never guarantee that anybody will be 'first' through the door for any property, nor do we guarantee viewings due to high demand, especially on lettings properties.
Sorry that you feel the way you do, hopefully something comes up in the near future. I can safely say that all agents (should) operate in the same manner as ourselves, therefore the issue isn't that of a service problem.
