We have had an excellent experience dealing with Alana throughout the purchase of our new home. The chain was long and, unfortunately, we have encountered a number of complications along the way, which has made what should have been a straightforward process quite stressful. Alana has been fantastic throughout. Her communication is excellent, consistently keeping us updated, and going above and beyond to chase the entire chain to keep things moving. Whenever there has been an issue or delay, she has been proactive in finding out the issues and making sure we are kept informed. Buying a house can be stressful at the best of times, but having someone as helpful, responsive and committed as Alana has made a huge difference. We really appreciate all the effort she has put in to getting everyone over the line. We would highly recommend Alana to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. My initial introduction to My Move was via Daniel Robinson who gave me a great deal of reassurance which was why I went with this company, once my property was on the market I was amazed to confirm that it was sold with in 11 days and from the I was kept up to date throughout by Alana, Louise as well as Daniel who tried through out the whole process to constantly assist the girls with trying to help the process. Kate and the team at Your Move were brilliant. Have just bought a house with them and Kate was always speedy with responses and happy to help. Her colleagues always stepped in whenever it was her day off too which deserves a vote of thanks. The Vendor did use Your Move's in-house solicitor who I found a little frustrating at times, but we were aiming for a 5-week exchange (!) so it was very demanding...and they did come through at the end.
