It was only natural to use Your Move when we decided to sell our family home. Gemma has carried on the excellent service that I have become accustomed too. The team at Your Move are professional, knowledgable and friendly who keep you updated every step of the way. A special thank you to Gemma and Maddie for all your help in both the buying and selling of properties for my Nan, I don’t think her nerves could have done it without you. You put her security first ensuring either you guys or I was there on viewings and I am really grateful for that; even going above and beyond to help with paperwork for the solicitors. GoogleUnusual review this one! We were NOT their clients and at all times the team acted in the best interests of their clients. However, in repect of this sale and purchase Gemma Hewitt was confronted with over 6 months of unexpected twists and turns....with the 'deal' falling thro, back on again and falling thro again and luckily for us when the sale was back on again.......she rang us and after a further 4 mths of waiting wondering and uncertain communications from people below in our chain, Gemma worked hard to keep everyone in the chain 'on their toes' We finally moved last week. Gemma is part of a proper team and at some time or other we had the same help, advice and service from Karen, Alison and Reece. As i said at the beginning, we were not their clients but we were always made to feel as though we were and we have no doubt that they were very instrumental in achieving both sale and purchase due to their professionalism. We can thoroughly recommend Your Move Blaby.

We met Jess when we viewed our house, Pete when we went in to have our meetings to get everything sorted, Alison who organised most of the twoing and throwing between solicitors, Karen who helped solve a mix up when Alison went on holiday and Ryan who I spoke to whenever Alison was already a busy bee on the ojobe with someone else (how dare she have 'other' clients 😂😂) Loveky team who did us proud. GoogleOur recent move to Blaby was long winded to say the least for one reason or another. However without the help of Alison from Your Move it would have been a very trying experience. Alison not only guided us through our experience but has also been there for us since completion. We found all members of staff to be helpful and pleasant at all times and would certainly recommend Your Move Blaby to anyone. They provide first class professional help and are efficient in all matters.

GoogleWe chose Your Move to sell our sister's property mainly due to our initial meeting with Karen, the branch manager. We found her to be extremely helpful in advising us as to the process and positive in assurance that we should have a good outcome . Alison has been our first contact throughout and has undertaken the majority of the viewings. She has ensured that we have had consistent feedback from herself or one of the other members of the team. We are delighted to say that we are now at the point of nearing completion of our sale and can sincerely say that we have felt totally supported by Karen and the team (especially Alison) and thank them for helping us through what has been an extremely emotional time Finally may we say that we would have no hesitation in recommending them as an excellent estate agent in the Blaby district. GoogleReally happy with your move and the team … my house was valued and up for sale within 24 hours and then sold within 2 weeks!! Really happy! … The only thing I would suggest is to use a different solicitor to Willsons as they let the experience down really due to slow progress and communication (for my purchase) but overall I cannot fault the team at your move and the solicitors on the sale of my old house! Thank you so much to you all :-)
