This is most probably the worst website I have tried to navigate for years. Who are these people? There is a property for sale near me and it has a Nest board outside but I cannot at all find it on their site. Quiet weird really

GoogleBuying a home for the first time is supposed to be one of the most exciting things you'll ever do, I'm sure it could be but maybe not with nest.
From booking the viewing to memorandum of sale we were very happy, after that not so. We had to call for any updates or notification of what was going on in our chain, if we emailed we rarely got a response. Me and my partner are very understanding people and even as first time buyers understand that things do not always go smoothly. But we can't say we felt that nest Blaby valued us even through we were in a chain containing 2 properties that they were estate agents for. Anita was the main lady that we had on our case at nest, after a lot of stress my partner got in touch with Sara at one of the other branches. Sara was amazing very on the ball, helpful and understanding. Explained to us issues that has been hidden from us the entire time. Once Sara had been involved things went smoothly. When it came to the day of completion, I called to ask when keys have been handed in to get a call, this did not happen I had to call in again. When I went to pick up the keys a quick apology for the keys being handed over very late and nothing more. Friends and family who have purchased with nest in the past have got key rings, a bag from nest when buying their property. I did feel a little underwhelmed. All in all not our best house buying experience.

We are now at the stage of having accepted an offer on our home and have found another property. GoogleI called NEST estate agents on Saturday to ask for a valuation of my property, I was sent an email with the details of my enquiry and that a member of staff would be in contact with me shortly, it’s now Wednesday and I’ve not heard a single thing from them and yet I’ve had 2 other estate agents visit my property today to value it.
They are obviously so busy that they can decide not to bother with potential work and a house sale.
