GoogleWhat's with all the properties being added on the 20/09 on RM with most being sold on the same day?....something dodgy definitely occurring here...maybe trying to fix the algorithm or something but definitely seems odd. Certainly can tell you some of those properties weren't 'added today'...thought I'd add this review just to flag the unusual activity to potential sellers/buyers...

GoogleThe team at Nest Estate Agents are amazing!!! They were very prompt in scheduling a meeting, valuing the house and adding it to the market. So much so it was sold in less than 24 hours!!! The team are extremely professional in their approach and listened to what type of property we wanted to buy showing us a great range of options. Being a locally based independently run estate agent it felt they had our best interests at heart. I would highly recommend Nest Estate Agents and the companies they recommend.

My experience of selling a property with the Wigston branch of Nest estate agencies was excellent. The agent was local to the Aylestone area and had an extensive knowledge of both surrounding properties and amenities to give me complete confidence in the valuation. With a very personable approach and attention to detail I felt very supported, with was no wasted time and totally in the right hands .

GoogleReally great service from Trilby, Anita and the rest of the team at blaby in what was a frustrating process caused by solicitors. We wanted our house on the market ASAP so that we didn't miss out on the house that we loved, and they did exaxtly that. Selling just a few days after being on. I would strongly recommend.

Excellent service from local estate agent in Aylestone with added benefit of her local knowledge. All Nest staff extremely friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The Solicitor they recommended, BHW are excellent and very efficient and both parties worked well together. Would thoroughly recommend both Nest and BHW for a smooth buying and selling experience.

Excellent friendly service from the local agent who lives in Aylestone who knew my area well. Photographs that she took to sell the house were so professionally done and worked really well as the house sold in two weeks. Was then kept informed about the sale which went through smoothly. Would highly recommend.
