We have had a valuation from Stephen McDonald from Haart, Blaby. He had a straightforward and concise, professional approach and yet was patiently able to communicate brilliantly with my elderly parent without being condescending and he spoke to her in an easy and respectful manner. Very well turned out and seemed to care about what Mum needed/wanted. Great knowledge of his trade and great local knowledge. He didn’t always tell us what we wanted to hear but we considered ourselves to be in good hands. A fine example to other sales driven people. Would definitely recommend so far.
